Following on from the launch of our Fox’s Kiln Distillery range of spirits, we are busy working on our first special gin.
We’re delighted to be collaborating with Over Farm to produce an Elderflower Gin using elderflowers handpicked at Over Farm on the outskirts of Gloucester.
Our MD Jared cycled out to Over to pick up the elderflower ready to be distilled and he also picked some lemon balm to add into the process as well.
He has already begun distilling the gin which will be available later this summer. You will be able to buy the Elderflower Gin later this summer from our online shop and also from Over Farm Market.
We currently have four other gins on sale as part of the Fox’s Kiln Distillery Virtuous Spirits range which are Classic, Raspberry and Rose Pink Gin, Blood Orange and Rhubarb & Ginger. For June, we are doing our gins at £29 a bottle, to buy click here.
