One more week to go for the first Gloucester Brewery Blues club event! After the success of the recent Blues week, we decided to have a regular Blues gathering. This Sunday, August-25th, we have TOP acts for you!
Starting at 1:30pm we will have the legendary Rick Edward playing with Roi Geyari. Both are superb guitar players so be ready for something special!!
At 3pm we are honoured to have Reverend Robert on stage! Living in the USA, he build himself a name in Delta Blues from the South. In 2004 he took first place at the National Slide Guitar Festival in North Carolina The Reverend is known for his true conviction, and powerful delivery. He's only touring the UK for 3 weeks, so not to be missed!

Went on the brewery tour. The tour was very informative and the guide knew his stuff. You receive a glass that is your ticket and you get to take home.
There is food provided but I would say it's more like snacks and they may have to ration it next time as we were the first group to do the tour the other group ate all the food.
You can drink as much as you like of Gloucester brewery beers (generally what they have left and they don't put new ones on as they run out). You certainly get your money's worth though.read more
