CLIMATE ACTION PLAN

We believe that to make a big change, we must first make lots of small changes to our daily operations. Here are just some of the things we have done so far to become a more sustainable business:

• We have purchased a brand new fully electric van to complete all local deliveries.
• We have moved all our bottled products into cans and invested in a canning line to keep all production in house, significantly reducing road miles and maximising usage of infinitely recyclable aluminium cans.
• All of our spirits have been moved from glass into 100% recycled aluminium bottles that are lighter weight, refillable and originate from a sustainable source.
• We supply local bars with 5l refillable jerry cans for our spirits, which increases delivery efficiency and reduces waste from spent bottles.
• Spent grain and hops are picked up by a local farmer for animal feed.
• All our products are packaged in fully recycled cardboard boxes.
• We only use paper straws in our bars.
• We use centrefeed roll made from 100% recycled materials.
• We encourage our employees to walk or cycle whenever possible to reduce their own carbon footprint.
• All staff are committed to being conscious about the environment and their impact.
• We minimise paper use wherever possible, and issue all our invoices electronically.
• We have stopped using any plastic can carry packs, and drastically reduced plastic usage across the business.

We recognize that our purchasing choices significantly drive our social and environmental footprint. To build a sustainable and resilient supply chain, we follow this approach:

1. Long-Term Partnership & Shared Growth: We prioritize long-term, transparent relationships with our partners and aim to elevate standards together over time.

2. Local & Independent Preference: Where possible, we prioritize local, independent, and values-aligned suppliers to minimize transport emissions, support our local economy, and strengthen community ties.

3. Initial Due Diligence & Screening: Before onboarding new key suppliers, we do desk-based research to evaluate their public commitments to social responsibility, climate resilience, and ethical labor practices.

4. Impact Assessment: As part of our formal onboarding process, we evaluate potential suppliers on their environmental and human rights management systems. In 2025, we established a comprehensive Supplier Impact Survey to systematically track material risks.

5. Continuous Monitoring: We evaluate key suppliers on an ongoing basis using the international Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) framework, re-surveying every two years to measure progress and hold ourselves and our partners accountable.
