At Gloucester Brewery we value the health and well being of all members of the team.
It is important to us that you enjoy your time in work, live a healthy lifestyle and receive support for any difficulties you may be going through.
If you ever need support your line manager, or a member of the senior management team will always be there to listen and help where we can. There are also dedicated mental health first aiders available to speak to.

Keeping Active
Fitness is essential to both physical and mental health and we would encourage all staff to take part in some physical exercise on a regular basis.
If you are unsure where to start there are a few ways we can help:
Gym Memberships – We will provide a fully paid for gym membership at The Gym, across the road from TANK, to all staff after 6 months service.
6-a-side Football – We have a 6-a-side football team who play at Plock court every Monday, if you would like to join and play a game then please speak to Harry Checkley in the brewery.
Jared’s fitness classes – Jared is hosting a monthly Friday morning fitness class in the brewery. Ask for when the next session is and join in.
Mental Health First Aiders:
Jared Brown
Jared is the managing director of the business, but also one of our registered mental health first aiders.
He is always available to give you support when it is needed and will usually be found in the main Gloucester Brewery building.
Nicki Curson
Nicki is our bars manager and will be well known to the front of house team.
She is always available to give you support when it is needed and will usually be found in TANK or Warehouse 4.
